The Diabetes Prevention Program will help prevent or delay Type 2 diabetics by learning to: be more physically active, eat healthy and get back on track if you stray from your plan. Group meets once a week (for 16 sessions) with a trained lifestyle coach and then a six monthly follow up sessions with a lifestyle coach.
